The Unlikely Wedding Centerpiece: Tow Trucks
Author: GuestPoster
I have recently been trailing a wedding planner, in the hopes of broadening my design portfolio and perhaps one day taking on another part time job. It is actually more like an enjoyable hobby, at least until you get into the politics and financial necessities of it all. Acting as this planner’s right hand woman has made me audience to some pretty unusual wedding parties, however. Definitely worthy of going down in party planning history.
The most recent wedding centerpiece this wedding planner had had designed for her clients was incredibly extravagant. A large, circular mirror formed the base of the centerpiece. On the mirrors were piled numerous, shiny black and red motor vehicles. I repeat. Motor vehicles. Red sports cars, black motorcycles, black jeeps, red SUV’s, even a hip and modern version of tow trucks. Tossed around the car pile were individually wrapped chocolates, both milk and dark. A thin stemmed glass vase rose from the center of the car pile, overflowing with white roses whose petals dangled nearly a foot above the surprising centerpiece.
Obviously, the couple had valid personal reasons for choosing such a striking centerpiece. I did not ask them about it. What I did do, however, is give tremendous credit to the wedding planner. It requires a lot of creativity and flexibility to make such a piece look wedding worthy. Her portfolio must contain dozens of similarly unusual party planning demands. There must be endless possibilities, beyond the typical white, yellow, and burgundy flower arrangements.
When you’re a wedding planner, your first and foremost priority is to make the bridal couple happy. Every couple will have different needs and wants, and it’s not always a simple matter to make sure that you have met them all. Especially with something like this. But an expert wedding planner will make sure that not only does the couple get what they want, but that it’s a stunning rendition as well.

The layout for your web site is a bit off in Camino. Nonetheless I like your web site. I may have to install a “normal” browser just to enjoy it.
