Home schooling has been a popular option for educating your children. Nonetheless, after several years parents beginning to be skeptic about home schooling practice. For instance, it might be common and natural to home school a child if they are of young age. However, it will be an entirely different case if your child is already older and supposed to be taking up middle school already.

Some parents consider the occurrence of a particular talent or skill which they see in their child as a potential for bringing them out of home schooling. For instance, some children excel and do well in sports. In this case, most parents see the possibility of having them enrolled in skills to nourish their talent while some stand firm on their belief that such talent can still be nurtured even through home schooling.
Aside from having the athletic ability, social skills seen in children is also another reason why some parents consider the possibility of stopping the practice of home schooling. For some parents, they cannot see the indication in their children. They believe that even through the practice of home schooling their children are able to sharpen their social skills, enable them to work with others, respond to the needs of others, and interact with others.
According to some parents, they might potentially consider putting a halt to the practice of home schooling only if their children showed an indication that their social skills are suffering because of home schooling. Otherwise, they would not consider a shift.
While there is no acknowledged single answer for this question, what is needed is to look at its very roots. Considering the duration of home schooling is more of stressing the goals and the vision of parents rather than looking at the age of the children. If the parents have the resources to do so, home schooling should be considered until their goals for their children are not yet reached.
